Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Player") and mg888 ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing or using any services provided by mg888, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

mg888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this platform after any amendment means you accept the amended Terms. The latest update date will be displayed at the top of this document.

In the event of any conflict between the English version and any other language version of this document, the English version will be used as the final reference for players in Malaysia.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To be eligible to register and use the mg888 platform, Players must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has not previously had an mg888 account closed or suspended due to a breach of the Terms.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Each Player is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated and the balance frozen pending investigation.

Players are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including full name as per MyKad or passport, a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address. mg888 reserves the right to request a copy of identification documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes before processing any withdrawal.

Deposits and Withdrawals

mg888 provides the following deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of Players in Malaysia:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — deposits and withdrawals via the Touch 'n Go digital wallet.
• DuitNow — instant transfers via the DuitNow system recognised in Malaysia.
• Online banking (FPX) — through the network of local Malaysian banks participating in the FPX system.
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

Minimum limits: The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction regardless of payment method. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per withdrawal request.

Processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour after the request is approved. This timeframe is subject to successful identity verification and no issues related to responsible gambling policy.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method in the name of the registered Player only. Money transfers through third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the account being suspended for further investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

mg888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing Players. All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each promotion.

Welcome Bonus: New Players are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 200% up to RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200, bringing the account balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received — meaning a bonus of RM200 requires a total wager of RM2,000 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Another example: a deposit of RM1,200 will give a maximum bonus of RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM2,200. The wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

General terms that apply to all mg888 promotions:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per player, per eligible promotion.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• mg888 reserves the right to void any bonus if fraud, misuse, or a breach of terms is suspected.
• Certain game types may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements — details are provided in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

VIP Programme: Active players are eligible to join the mg888 VIP programme, which consists of five (5) tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with weekly cashback benefits ranging from 0.2% to 1.0% depending on the VIP tier reached. Tier advancement is based on a player's betting activity and loyalty.

Betting Rules

All betting activity on the mg888 platform must comply with the betting rules set for each game type. Players are fully responsible for understanding the game rules before placing any bets.

• The outcome of a completed game is final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of verified technical failure by the system.
• Should a technical disruption occur while a game is in progress, mg888 will use system records to determine a fair outcome.
• Bets placed using insider information or through fraudulent methods are prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.
• Players must ensure their account balance is sufficient before placing any bet.

For sports betting (sportsbook), results are based on the official outcome declared by the relevant sports authority. If a match is postponed or cancelled, the specific rules for that situation will apply in accordance with the mg888 sportsbook policy.

Account Security

Players are fully responsible for keeping their account login details secure, including their username and password. mg888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their account information.

Player Conduct

Players are required to behave courteously and respectfully when using the mg888 platform, including when interacting with other players in live games. Unacceptable behaviour includes:

• Using offensive, racist, or threatening language in any communication channel on the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity through the account.
• Using third-party software, bots, or any automated method to influence game outcomes.
• Making false claims to the customer support team.

mg888 reserves the right to take appropriate action against players who violate these conduct guidelines, including suspending or terminating the relevant account.

Account Closure and Suspension

mg888 reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms stated in this document.
• Confirmed fraud, falsification of information, or attempted misconduct.
• Account registration by an individual under 21 years of age.
• A player requests to close their own account for personal reasons.
• Instructions from a relevant legal authority or regulatory body.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the customer support team via live chat or email. Any legitimate remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following the standard procedure, subject to the completion of any pending transactions.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mg888 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Financial losses from betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors outside the platform's control, including internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a player's decision to rely on information or statistics displayed on the platform.

mg888's total liability to a player under any circumstances will not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim. This provision does not limit consumer rights protected under applicable Malaysian law.

Responsible Gambling
